Personal experience
In 2016, Sophia’s close relation was diagnosed with cancer. This led to Sophia gaining first-hand experience of being a care coordinator for a loved one.
Sophia was privileged to have been able to share knowledge and expertise, particularly with falls prevention.
This experience led Sophia to see a need for an independent Occupational Therapy service specialising in falls prevention and reablement in Leicestershire.
